Gentle Notebooking
Gentle notebooking is a term I made up after learning about Charlotte Mason’s methods and the method I learned as a teacher on how to organize a notebook.
I created four gentle notebooks with similar left-hand and right-hand side organization layouts.
The left-hand side is the creative side. Each notebook has a specific assignment for the left hand side depending on the subject of the notebook. The left-hand side is for poetry, verses, maps, and primary sources.
The right hand side is for a narration and a illustration. Each notebook has a recommendation on how to do narrations.
These notebooks are more than notekeeping; they are keepsakes. It will be fun to see how your children’s work, writing, and illustrations improve over the years.
Each notebook has 36 spaces. One space for every week. I hope you find these notebooks fun and inspiring. Scroll right to see examples of my daughter’s notebooks.
You can get your notebook by clicking on the link in my bio and scrolling down to”Gentle Notebooks”.
