Apple Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C oat flour or all purpose gluten free flour

  • 2 TSP baking powder

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 3/4 C non-dairy milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 TSP vanilla extract

  • 2 TSP maple syrup

  • 1/2 TSP ground cinnamon

  • 2 TBS coconut oil

  • 1/2 apple

Kitchen Supplies:

  • skillet

  • whisk

  • bowls

  • measuring cups and spoons

Prepare:

  1. place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

  2. Preheat skillet on medium heat and have read to pour batter

  3. use 1/3 C to measure size of pancakes

Cook:

 

  1. Pour batter onto skillet

  2. Cook until bubbly and edges are brown, flip then wait about a minute before pancake is ready

 

What do I eat this with?

  • Begin your meal with a green smoothie

  • Garnish with fruit and 100% maple syrup

  • You can add an egg to it too
