Mushroom and Leek Spaghetti

Ingredients – Serves 2

•1 packet of spaghetti

•1 giant leek

•1 packet of mushrooms

•Shredded cheese

•1 teaspoon of salt

•2 tablespoons of olive oil

•1 clove of garlic

Procedure

•Cook pasta as described on package

•Sauté mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, chopped leeks.

•Add pasta to the sautéed vegetables mix

•Add cheese to liking
