Living Notebooks Release

I have been working on a small project of living notebooks or living journal (I’m not sure what I’m going to call them.)

It’s a blend between Charlotte Mason style and the notebooks I used to required of my history students based off of the Teacher’s Curriculum Institute (TCI).

The notebooks are organized by what should go on the right hand and left hand page.

The left hand page is for creativity. You can add favorite quotes, makes, primary sources, poetry, and more!

The right hand page is for narrations. Narrations are a summation of what your student has just learned along with an illustration.

I’ve been testing a couple of the notebooks I made with my daughter and she loves it. She loves how organized it looks and how easy it is to use.

These notebooks are more than your regular notebook. They become keepsakes and a way to track your child’s progress. Scroll right to see how this layout looks.

I’ll be releasing notebooks for the following subjects here soon:

* History
* Natural History
* Nature Study
* Bible Time
* Science
* Reading Log

What do you think I should call these notebooks: Living Notebooks? Living Journals?
