Oatmeal Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 C almond milk
1 banana
1 TBS ground flaxseeds
1/4 C rolled oats
1/2 C frozen berries
1 TBS local raw honey
(optional) 1 scoop of vegan protein
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Drink this smoothie in them morning as part of your breakfast or as a mid-morning snack
