Welcome to Notebooking with Delight!

I am the creator of Living Notebooks, a simple method for notebooking. Living Notebooks combines the Charlotte Mason method with the Interactive Notebook method I used as a teacher. Living Notebooks are an essential instructional tool that respects the child as a person.

These notebooks help students use different parts of the brain by developing organizational and artistic skills. In them, students are able to communicate their understanding of the subject and reflect on their learning.

As their teacher, these notebooks will be a window into their thinking process and allow you to see what they do and do not know. They are a record of their work.

Which brings me to you...

Here are three ways Notebooking with Delight I may help you:

1. Are you overwhelmed with the notebooking process?

Simplify Your Notebooks: Be selective and see what your child needs to learn. Only the necessary information goes into the notebook. Here is a roadmap on how to start notebooking.

2. Do you have loose papers all over the place without a home?

Organize Your Notebooks: My Living Notebooks will help you organize your student’s work into a beautiful keepsake living notebook.

3. Do you want your children to improve their creativity skills?

Beautify Your Notebooks: Beautiful notebooks include charts, illustrations, beautiful handwriting, and evidence of learning.

My mission is to help you simplify notebooking. Living Notebooks will allow you to see growth in your child’s ability to record information, care for what they learn, and love to keep notebooks.

Whether you’re starting to homeschool or a veteran mother teacher interested in my notebooking method for your homeschool, I’m here to help you create simple, organized, and beautiful notebooks.

What is the hardest part of notebooking and papers you deal with during the year?
