Grace and Truth Book Review
Quick Book Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Over the summer I read Grace and Truth. I hear about it on a podcast. I knew immediately that I needed to read the book.
The book is a short 92 pages long.
The author Randy Alcorn writes about the importance of us speaking the truth with grace. He uses Jesus as the example on how to speak the truth with grace by never lying for the sake of the other person but also speaking out of love for the other person.
We all fall under one category or another. Some of us speak the truth but with harshness and that pushes people away and can make us legalistic.
Other give lots of grace, which can lead to lying out of only wanting to be kind, which cancels out being truthful.
Alcorn, writes about how we must speak the truth like Christ while giving grace to others.
I highly recommend reading this book.
