Book Recommendation for Moms
Happy Wednesday! Today in #livingbooklegacy we are sharing a book that we would recommend for moms.
I’m currently reading M is for Mama by Abbie Halberstadt. You can find her @m.is.for.mama.
Each chapter is short but rich in Biblical advice. She helps us see the difference between mediocre motherhood and Christlike motherhood. She includes action steps, which includes memorizing scripture and finishes up with a prayer.
I personally like to buy the book and the audible version because it helps me read faster and I am able to highlight and underline key section.
My favorite part about the audible version is that it’s like getting to know Abbie on a personal level. She sounds like a friend who is in the trenches with and has Godly advice. She does not say it’s okay to sin as mothers but that we need to keep God close to us.
This book is one that I will be rereading yearly to help keep me on track. It’s the kind of mothering book I needed in my life.
Have you read this book?
